How a production run works.
- Enquiry and quoteTell me what you need, how many pieces and by when. Within two working days you get a quote at a fixed price.
- DesignI design the print or packaging in your brand's look. With the order you pay half up front.
- SampleBefore the run you get a sample in your hands. Production starts only once you approve it in writing.
- Manufacturing and deliveryFrom approval usually 8 to 10 weeks by sea, 3 to 5 by air. I handle shipping, customs and import to your door.

- Why do you have textiles and packaging made in China?
- Because I work directly with manufacturers there. That keeps larger quantities affordable, without middlemen. So you see the quality first, you get a sample before every run.
- From what quantity is production with my logo worth it?
- Usually from 500 pieces for textiles. For packaging and promotional items it depends on the product. Tell me what you need; the answer is in the quote, within two working days.
- How long do production and delivery take?
- From sample approval usually 8 to 10 weeks by sea. If it has to be faster, 3 to 5 weeks by air; that costs more. Your quote states the exact date.
- What does production of textiles or packaging with my logo cost?
- Mainly quantity, material, finishing and shipping route; sea freight is cheaper than air. You get a quote at a fixed price before anything is ordered.
- Who takes care of customs and labelling on import?
- I do. I import the goods as the importer and deliver them duty paid, with the details EU law requires: manufacturer and importer, and for textiles the material.
- Can I order production without a website from you?
- Yes. You can enquire about production on its own. If you don't have a logo yet, I'll design one first.
