01 · Website

From draft to page

TCB had no website of its own. It needed a presence that shows what the workshop can do and gets people on the phone without a detour.

The TCB website in motion: a pointer opens detailing and contact, then the page reflows to phone width and rebuilds from the grid

The enquiry

From the service straight into the form.

Requesting a ceramic coating on the detailing page opens the form with the service and the coating already selected. Vehicle size, make, model, done.

tcb.berlin on a phone: on the detailing page, “Keramikversiegelung anfragen” is tapped, the form opens with detailing and ceramic preselected, then vehicle size, car, Chevrolet and Camaro are entered.

Decisions

  1. Calling comes first

Workshop customers would rather call than fill in a form. So the phone number is always at the top, and on a phone the call is one tap away.

    Contact

TCB contact page with phone number and enquiry form (view large)
  2. A site that looks like the workshop

Dark ground, capitals in Anton and gold instead of a stock template. The site looks like the vehicles it is about.
